About Me

My photo
I married my best friend Drew on August 11, 2007. Together, we have two dogs, two fish, a cat, and one big renovation. But our biggest love is raising our two beautiful daughters, Hadley and Piper. Life's busy and quite an adventure!

Dad's Photo Shoot

Drew did a photo shoot with Hadley in March this year at the nature trail in town, and she was quite the little model. She posed exactly how dad told her to.

I love her little squinty eye!

Experimenting with color...

I think this one's my favorite.

Sun Baby

It was so nice this weekend, in the 80's that Hadley had to try out her new bikini from uncle Chazz.

Camp Sherman and the Pink & Blue Party

18 weeks and had our OB appointment today. Baby's heart rate was good at 147, but I'm measuring at 20 weeks instead of 18! Holy crap, I'm scared :) We had Jake (the best ultrasound guy ever) check and see if he could tell if it was a boy or a girl. He said he's 80% sure it's a.......

..surprise until we cut the cake! This is our pink and blue party at Camp Sherman with the family. Hmmm...looks like a lot of blue shirts there, I'm still stickin' with the pink.

Holy crap, it's pink!

Yeah, we're excited :)

That's his "I'm scared, but I'm trying to look excited" face.

Moment of truth....

The cake, beautifully made by the Lovin' Oven...and grandma Millie.

The Honeymoon

This was after a week long stay in Aruba, through Hurricane Dean, two days stuck in the hotel due to food poisoning, and a very scary overnight layover in Atlanta....we were exhausted.
The divi divi tree
Our romantic dinner on the last night

The waves were CRAZY due to the hurricane!
Totally happy :)
The outdoor restaraunt at our hotel that was swarmed by iguanas, stirred up by Hurricane Dean
We are two very white people that finally found a place to get a tan :)
My awesome husband driving a landrover across the island.
We built a big stack of "fertility rocks".....legend has it that this will ensure us many future children.
Just lovin' on him a little
Being goofy....we're really good at it.
Finally found someone ELSE to take our picture
The huge lighthouse on the island
Enjoying a VERY spicy lunch at Iguana Joe's.

The long stretch of beach right outside of our hotel....beautiful!
