This year we had Christmas Eve and Christmas at our home in Idaho for the first time since the Mr. and I have been together. It was bittersweet. We've always spent Christmas with my family in Oregon, so this is the first time I've not been with them during this special time. But, we did get to skype on Christmas morning so nana and papa got to watch everyone open presents. And, I have to admit it was pretty cool to get to start our own traditions too...not to mention not having to worry about the stress of traveling.
Momma and baby.
Aunt Nini helping bug with her new necklace.
This kid was so spoiled for Christmas! She really mastered tearing into the presents this year.
Aunt Kalee giving a helping hand.
Baby girl in her party dress. She's thrilled. I can tell.
Oh-my-gosh-it's-brave-i-need-to-watch-it-RIGHT-now!!!
The obligatory creepy walking, talking doll that all little girls love.
....and a gun! You know you're becoming an Idahoan when your two year old gets a pink BB gun for Christmas and is thrilled about it...and your motherly instincts struggle between excitement and "WTH, my kid has a gun?!?" You'll shoot your eye out, you'll shoot your eye out...anyone?
And a bike! Minnie of course. 'Cuz it's not cool unless it has Minnie Mouse on it.
